Delta
Don.
A hemp brand that lives on promotions needed a storefront that could keep up — bundles, giveaways, and deals that change week to week, without a rebuild every time.
The brief
Delta Don sells hemp products the way a good market stall sells produce — loud, generous, always running a deal. The catalog is wide (flower, pre-rolls, gummies, carts, disposables) and the offers rotate constantly. A static storefront would be stale within a week; discount codes typed at checkout kill momentum. The store had to make the deals feel alive.
The build
The homepage is a deals board first and a catalog second. Every offer is a section the owner can swap in or out, and the pricing logic runs itself — buy-X-get-Y and bundle discounts apply automatically in the cart, so the promise on the homepage is the price at checkout, no codes to remember.
- Deals-first homepage with swappable promo sections per drop
- Automatic discounts: buy-X-get-Y, bundle pricing, spend-threshold gifts
- Category navigation built around how buyers actually shop the catalog
- Age gate and compliance copy for hemp-derived products
- Rewards program hooked into the storefront

Revisions
| Rev | Stage | Description |
|---|---|---|
| A | Direction | Deals-first concept — the homepage as a live offers board, not a brochure |
| B | Design | Promo section system, category grid, product page layout |
| C | Build | Automatic discount logic, swappable homepage sections, age gate, rewards |
| D | Launch | Live storefront; offers rotate from the admin with no developer involved |
The result
The homepage changes with every drop and the deals apply themselves. The brand can run a new promotion on a Friday afternoon by editing sections and discount rules — no code, no wait, no stale storefront.
