SIYOU
Nails.
A handmade press-on nail atelier needed a storefront as distinctive as the product. The answer: an editorial, type-first Shopify build made for small-batch drops.
The brief
SIYOU makes press-on nail sets by hand — small batches, no two sets alike, each one closer to a small artwork than a drugstore product. Selling handmade work through a generic-looking store undersells it, and social posts disappear in a day. The brand needed a permanent home that carries the same attitude as the product.
The build
The storefront leads with type, not stock photography: oversized editorial headlines set the tone before a single product appears, and the product shots get room to breathe. The whole site is built to run drops — new sets go live, get their moment on the homepage, and sell through without a developer touching anything.
- Custom Shopify theme direction — editorial, type-first, campaign-ready
- Drop-ready homepage sections the owner can rearrange per launch
- Product pages built around shape, size, and wear details buyers ask about
- Bundle offer baked into the storefront (buy two, get one free)
- Email capture for drop announcements

Revisions
| Rev | Stage | Description |
|---|---|---|
| A | Direction | Brand conversation — what handmade should look like online; editorial direction chosen over pastel-cute defaults |
| B | Design | Type system, homepage flow, product page layout reviewed on a live preview |
| C | Build | Shopify theme customization, drop sections, bundle offer, email capture |
| D | Launch | Domain, payments, shipping connected; owner runs drops without a developer |
The result
A storefront that looks like the brand, not like a theme — and one the owner actually runs day to day. New drops, seasonal campaigns, and promotions all go live from the Shopify admin, no code involved.
